What is a laptop?

A laptop is a battery- or AC-powered personal computer generally smaller than a briefcase that can easily be transported and conveniently used in temporary spaces such as on airplanes, in libraries, temporary offices, and at meetings. Students use it all over the world to make Research, documents and save them and to play in their free time games. School makes the students going further in Innovation and let them do their work in their laptop's.

Who invented the Laptop?

Laptop was a great invention for the future world and was invented by Adam Osborne in 1981.

The first laptop was named “Osborne 1” named after his inventor. It's cost was $1500. It was with of its programs an had a small computer screen build on it.

It was invented by “Osborne computers” .

This first portable computer was a big success, the sales of company was reaching over 10,000 per month.

After the many companies noticed this invention and launched many new laptops with new features.

A charged laptop can be used for few hours irrespective of whether electricity supply is available or not.	Children get addicted and don't concentrate on other things than games

Affects on humans:

1. Laptops emit heat as they are running; it is this heat that may have disastrous effects on your health. A study to evaluate the direct effect of laptops on humans found that putting a laptop on the lap increases the mortality of sperms and cause sperm DNA fragmentation, hence causing sterilization.

2. Laptops makes children more addicted to games, videos and etc. Children can't concentrate on their studies with them too.
